4)lack of lab professionals to manage high volume investigations

Since 1980 many changes has occured in this field.range and complexity of tests and services get increased.due to the innovation of new test and sophisticated technology,the investigations become more efficient .moreover automatic system is available in this new system.moreover,advancement of technology help to deliver  the results with out having delay.thus people believe that it cilinical laboratory will play vital role in health care to enhance quality of health care.but,these can be affected in coverage,coding and payment.but,till now there are more laboratories not usingnew technology for accurate results and managing high number of specimen.therefore ,some mishaps occurs in this field.
