Here the agents for AFM are coxsackievirus A16, Ev-A71, and EV-D68. And enteroviruses are also contributing for AFM.

Host:-

Is the man or animal factors who are susceptible for disease.

Here the host factors are childrens are more affected and peoples with respiratory infections are susceptible.

Environment:-

August and October is the favorite season for AFM.

Mode of transmission:-

It is through feco oral route as it is caused by enteroviruses.

Etiological factors:-

• Prior or present viral infections
• Coxsackievirus A16 and other viruses
