1. The boy didnt reveal his treatment history to the doctor properly. From the given data it is ckear that the boy was drunken and took librium.Eventhough the boy was showing withdrwal symptoms, he was not an addict of any drug or in any treatment program. The physician adminstered him medicine believing his words without any prior check ups. The boy also had severe blood loss following the accident. The boy didnt get the right treatment at right time which caused the loss of life.

2. Yes. Because the doctor administered the medicine by just believing what the boy said with out any testing. So the boy received the wrong treatment method initially and this has lead to more complications and death. This can can be considered as a case where all the elements required in a negligence suit are present.

5. The plaintiff was given wrong medication which lead to more complications. The doctor should have evaluated the patient thoroughly before administrating any drug medications. Initial care less act from the doctor caused loss of life.

6. Hospital bills and pharmacy bills can be produced as an evidence of wrong prescription. The previous medical records of the patient can also be presented as an evidence to prove the boy was not under treatment for any problems
