  • Opportunistic diseases like tuberculosis ,herpes infection,cancer, etc can occur
  • It can affect the eyes leading to vision loss
  • Patient can land up In neurological disorders,depression impaired memory ,anxious
  • Hallucination and psychosis are the most advanced stage of non treatment in AIDS
  • Fungal infection are common and can lead to pneumonia in the patient when they are not treated for AIDS
  • Earlier mortality
