10)i think we should give equal caring to every spinal injury patient .while,a little concern can show to geriatric people.because,their vertebra can get fractured easily than any other one due to increasing age and decreasing bone density.

11)spine and neck injury can causes paralysis of the body .while,head injury may lead to loss of memmory or coma.patient need ventilatory support in this cases.

12)1,administration of analgesics to relieve pain

2.deep breathing and coughing exercises to prevent complications such as pneumonia and atlectasis

I worry that It can destruct major blood vessels or internal organs.so immediate medical attention is needed.
