17.Insomnia experienced by this patient is due to alcoholism. Hypnotic are drugs. The doctor has prescribed a non refill prescription for hypnotic (short term treatment ) because the patient is an occasional drinker who can sleep otherwise. But due to other factors (tension, stess, worklife balance )can make him fall asleep. So the prescription should be something which gives him a rapid onset of sleep due to difficulty in falling asleep .The most common medication ordered here are Zolpidem

18.Disulfiram is an antabuse drug. When alcohol is taken along with this drug it may cause an unpleasant effect (nause, vomiting, dizziness ,flushing, throbbing headache, diaphoresis, palpitations, chest pain, tachycardia, tachypnea, blurred vision, confusion, sever hypotension )This is because of increase in acetaldehyde level when alcohol is taken. So strictly avoid alcohol

Report any severe adverse reactions like vision problems, lack of potency.
