2) stop the medication first and then the side effects will go away with in couple of weeks .

Patient is suffering with fever ,so antipyretic medication will help the patient .

Symptomatic treatment will help the patient to relieve from patient condition .

Trazodone is a anti depressant medication ,it used to treat major depressive disorder .

It will help to improve the mood ,appetite and energy level and decrease the anxiety and insomnia related to depression .

Trazodone works by help to restore the balance of certain natural chemical serotonin in the brain.
