Answer: Usually RDAs usually meets 97% of nutrition for the healthy person. If a person involves his diet according to RDAs that is suggested by dietary reference intakes then he would be meeting all the basic needs of the body as the body can get all the benefits of the nutrients from the food and drinks consumption.

But people rarely meet the outcomes as they don't eat properly and hence they are not able to meet their daily nutrients. Hence there are many problems and disease. Many disorders and deficiency diseases are due to improper intake of nutrients.
