Disk diffusion susceptibility test or disk diffusion antibiotic susceptible test it is a test of antibiotic sensitivity of bacteria, it is used to test the extent to which bacteria are affected by those antibiotics.

It is sensitive to drugs because here we observed faint haze of growth to the edge of the sulphomethoxazole disk, and it is or this zone is measured in sensitive range, so the drug is sensitive.
