Credibility is the quality of being trusted and believable. It can be determined for example for a study the following questions has to be asked :-

- who is the author ?

- how recent is the source ?

- what is the authors purpose ?

- what type of sources does your audience value ?

# Be careful when evaluating internet sources

In our day to day life we meet many people ,we see many books written by author etc but we don't know how much trustworthy are they . Until and unless we spend time with the person and know way of behaviour we can't believe him or her because no one pretend the original way they are . In case of books we should assess the author ,who is the author ,his purpose for written the book etc .

#.1 As per the physical characteristics of the microbes, gram negative bacteria Neisseria gonorrhoea is the causative agent because it resembles all the characteristics as described in this case .

#.2 The function of bacterial capsule is to enhance the ability of bacteria to cause the disease . It is a virulence factor. It protects cells from engulfment of eukaryotic cells such as macrophages .

# The function of fimbriae are :-

- organ of adhesion and pathogenicity factor

- adherence sticks bacteria to area with nutrients ,oxygen , temperature .

- adherence to RBC helps Hemagglutination .

#.3 Dr .Perry informs Tina to inform Marcus about PID and to test himself and his partners ( if positive ) because it is a sexually transmitted disease and results in life threatening complications if not treated in the initial phase itself .

#.4 Tina is being treated with two antibiotics cefoxitin and doxycycline because it's a severe infection and needs to be controlled at the initial phase itself to avoid spreading and other complications .
