1. On physical examination of pregnent women normal cardiac auscultation there is Expanded (increased) second heart sound split with inspiration is regular in pregnancy because of the expanded blood stream over the aortic and pulmonic valves.

2.diagnosis is leukoplakia

Leukoplakia is described as a white plaque that can't be evacuated by cleaning the mucosal surface. Tobacco use is unequivocally connected with an expanded occurrence of leukoplakia and oral malignancy. An incisional biopsy of the sore is required for histologic assessment of the tissue.

3.daignosis is circle herniation

MRI is the demonstrative (diagnostic) investigation of decision in a patient with suspected circle herniation

4.diagnosis is heart failure

an S3 on physical examination is consistent with heart failure . third heart sound will be heared on physical examination
