1 -may be pta suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome it is relieved by ice massaging for 10mins Or hanging the hands on side of the bed.

2.-according to the information given pta may have pyelonephritis/ureteritis/cystitid symptoms which r suggestibe of diagnosis are fever dysurea lower and pain

3.female may have fibroid or endometriosis for confirmatiin we can go for usg.

4.pleural fluid aspiration culture and senstivity pt may have T. B malignancy or nay other ds. Till reports r awaited we can put pt in broad spectrum antibiotics

5.menstrual cycle phase with elevated estrogen lh/fsh is proliferative phase

27 yr non smoker female may have subclavian vein thrombosis

34 yr female is having stress induced anxiety.
