1. These enlargement are called Heberden's node and are ordinarily found in essential osteoarthritis.

2. Diagnosis is diastolic murmur
This patient has history discoveries reliable with aortic inadequacy which is portrayed by a diastolic murmur that is accentuated when the patient sits up and inclines forward.

3.diagnosis is cerebral hemorrhage
A CT scan is is increasingly touchy in recognizing cerebral hemorrhage in the initial 24 to 48 hours

4. On physical examination, the mucosa of the turbinates is generally pale or violaceous with hypersensitive rhinitis in view of venous engorgement as opposed to the erythema of viral rhinitis.
