Musculoskeletal conditions like Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, soft tissue rheumatism, pain, back pain, bone disease are systemic disorders. this condition also affects other organs. evidence-based intervention needs public health support, health promotion and policy intervention. lifestyle modification, avoiding risk-related activity can promote MSK health. Multidisciplinary and multi-professional services provide the best outcome. The musculoskeletal condition should be treated at an early stage. timely access can reduce morbidity. A health care professional self-management program can provide high-quality information. This program focuses on health services and encourages people with maintaining physical activity, avoid obesity or underweight, balanced eating, avoiding smoking and alcohol, avoiding injury, etc. Three levels of care like primary care identify and manage problems, secondary care deals with potential progressive and complication. Management includes medical intervention, surgical or rehabilitation. Tertiary care includes less common MSK conditions and less intervention, rheumatologist provide multidisciplinary care with orthopedic. early treatment provides a better prognosis. patient education, counseling, and support can help patients to manage thier condition.
2, environmental factors like draughts, temperature changes, air pollution, unpleasant smell, passive smoking and psychological factors like anxiety, depression,and physical factors like obesity, physical inactivity, type 2 diabetes, high plasma lipids and demographic character like unemployment, less insurance coverage for access treatment, other genetic disorder associated with MSK illness, other organ disorder, family and traditional culture, diet followup, belief should be into account when caring for a person with MSK problem.
