CASE STUDY: The nurse educator is asked to complete a program evaluation for a public health initiative at a local health clinic. The clinic is unsure whether the program was successful or if it should continue. The program was conducted over one year with IRB approval. In this case the nurse educator can use all the things listed above as a method evaluation

Evidence based practice it is first and for most thing in the practice, whether the person follows any evidence for the practice or there is any literature support especially RCT for his practice

External evidence it can be any other out come measure in the evaluation, it can be seen in the patients out put who got the treatment from there.

Internal evidence the doctor itself gives the support for evaluation, then it will be internal evidence in this case.

Practice based evidence we can see the changes in the practice

Quality improvement this can be will formed tool for the evaluation
