Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder that affects psychologically. The cause for her condition is biological disorders of irregular hormonal function. She had only two menstrual cycles in the past 18 months. Special Health concern has to be considered to restore her weight gain and to treat the underlying cause. Treat the irregular menstrual period and regulate the hormonal function. Provide periodic counseling to change her eating behavior. Calculate the daily caloric need based on their daily performance and plan diet menu. Improve her coping skills with swimming practices.
