Heart attack( previous episode of heart attack, obesity and smoking is a risk factor for heart attack)

Haemorrhagic stroke ( bleeding stroke from a burst blood vessel, Internal bleeding such as gastrointestinal bleeding because of long-term aspirin use.

Nancyis at risk for

Diabetes mellitus( blood sugar level shows borderine diabetes)

Osteoporosis ( family history of osteoporosis, low oestrogen level due to hysterectomy are the risk factors for osteoporosis) and fracture

Hypercholestrolemia and hypertriglyceridemia ( 200 - 240 is borderline high)

Heart diseases( hyperlipidemia and low estrogen may contribute to coronary heart disease.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Past mdedical and surgical history

Detailed family health history .

Habits and sleeping pattern( any other substance abuse such as alcohol)

These datas will supply for further assessment of their health status.
