Hello i am a bit confused?

As per shown the data in table we see that in year 2016 its shows 1000 for next year of 2017 it shows 1020 let us see about 2018 it shows 1040.4

2018 to 2019 61.208

Here we see that GDP Growth increases  20, 40.4 and 61.208 year wise. Year 2018 its grows 0.4 more than against the previous year and 1.208 next year accordingly at its gradually growth. So we can say that the year 2018 detrended growth rate would be 0.4.
