1. Spiriva is more effective than serevent

2. Serevent can be given in combination with other corticosteroids

3. Spiriva acts on muscuranic receptors present in smooth muscles mainly M3 receptors. Whereas serevent acts on beta 2 adrenergic receptors to show its effect.
