Health disparity makes a difference between individuals and
groups that health makes variables among them to the socially
relevant group. Health inequality explains racial/ ethnic disparity
which increases their mortality rate. Scientific evidence for
health care delivery among different populations related to both
medical and nonmedical determinants. many causes for the disparity
among them like environmental exposures, health status, health care
access, and health care outcome. Disparity based on categories like
geography, gender, socioeconomic status, and age. American
technology plays an important role in the America economy and
social lives. The disparity makes fewer advantages to make them get
environmental hazards. I agree with this statement, race,
ethnicity, gender, and class make a human difference.
Racial factors play an important role in socio-economic disparity
among urban America. Racism based on African American makes threats
and physical violence among them. Racism disparity makes many
health diseases on discrimination. the socioeconomic status will
not protect the racial and ethnic minorities from discrimination.
Addressing factors and environmental, economic and social
determinants improve outcomes. education among various settings can
improve knowledge, skills, and capacity and improve health behavior
from smoking, alcohol, home safety, and disease prevention. U.S
government Accountability office made schools for poverty and race
inequality students to eligible for education, financial resources
to access to health promotion, increasing household income, job
workforce for unemployment make an impact on health and
wellbeing.
Improving wealth by housing policy can support health improvement.
healthy food options, quality schools, public transportation,
exercise facilities, social networks, healthy environment and
climate change, positive social environment against violence can
avoid disparity. The modern-day effective solution includes
technology improvement among those populations to have access on
the internet at schools, libraries, and workplaces.
African-American have less access to the internet. information
technology improves American economic access with a group that can
help environmental monitoring, food safety, emergency planning,
etc. It is an effective way to improve their knowledge among ethnic
groups to make awareness and eliminate the disparity.
