Explain the difficulties of integrating evidence-based care into nursing practice.

Answer: Although evidence based practice provides platform to the nurse to act and decision making process but there are many limitations and difficulties to implement the evidence based care into nursing practice such as:

• Authentication: Evidence based practice can be done only when the researcher is authentic and it has been implemented earlier in to nursing practice. Otherwise nurse can't experiment the evidence for the taking care of patients.
• Lack of knowledge: It is necessary to know the details about the evidence based care and know about how and when to implement..
• Organizational policies: Due to some of the organizational policies, nurses are bound to act accordingly and hence they can't Indulge in evidence based practice.
