Answer: There are many improvements in the relationship between the doctor as well as the patients. At present doctors are more concerned regarding the treatment of the patients as they keenly observe and solve the case. Doctors understands their responsibilities and duties. This is because the doctors and patients understand the need of the cooperation between them.

Use of technologies, evidence based practice are being used to prevent any kind of medical error etc. One of the recent example is the spread of disease NIPAH virus in India, although the doctors were at high risk of getting infection but then also they were treating the patients and handle the case. So, doctors keep their life on risk.
