There are many episodes of conflict in my life and people called me that I am a fighter ,angry bird . I would like share one of my experience with you . It occured in my office with one of the collegue . She joined back duty post vacation and she was bursted with too many works on the spot . She had a habit of depending on others for completing the work and she approached to me with the same . I said no ,I can't help I have my own work to do . I haven't completed my sentences she just bursted on me like I have given her the work to complete infront of everyone saying why can't you help , and started saying I don't complete my work , many work were improper etc etc . It was unbearable for me I started shouting on her that if you are told to do the work you should do it , why are you begging infront of others to complete and it's none of your business to interfere in my work etc . It went on and I was using competition conflict method because there was nothing wrong from my side why should I listen to her who is she ,she is not my Bose .

After lunch , I realised that I said too many things to her and I went back to her to apologise that I am sorry . And asked her that what actually is her problem and then she expressed that she has many tensions at her home she is distributed about that and that why she bursted out . She was using the defence mechanism displacement and both were using referent power .
