Answer #1

In my previous company, there was a very strong leader, our CEO. His prime ideology was "Customer is God". Thus, all our decisions, processes and strategies were focused on achieving customer satisfaction, however ethics was the pillar to our organization. Creating and adding value for customer. Helping in all and any way to help customer achieve their own business objectives was the objective of our company. This impacted all or decisions and actions. We employees were motivated and worked towards achieving this common goal. Thus our culture was enriching and truly inspirational. such that we all were intrinsically motivated and focused on performing our best. Also, continuous improvement was encouraged and we all were totally involved in value creation activity. Ethical decision making and in favor of customer were the driving forces towards success.
