Answer: The anatomy and physiology that is most interesting is of heart. Because heart is most complex as well as has regulatory functions. It carries deoxygenated bloods to the lungs and also performs many other functions as it pump blood.
The medical assistant should be required to have the extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology because the medical assistant performs major role in assisting the patient as well as physician. Medical assistant acts as a connector which connects the patient to the physician. So, the medical assistant should have sound knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.
Job training may not be sufficient as it is a life long learning process where one has to indulge themselves in various ways to attain knowledge and information.
