Answer a:

Organizational ethics are very important to progress in the market. There are many companies with their future plans and they decide their values accordingly some times to be competitive they become hard and tough and sometimes the decision by management is impressive and favorable. The company culture decides whether the company has to follow which type of ethical value or sometimes it can be situational. The decision chose is best for all, respectable, then decision is ethical and the company is ethical too. The company which is the customer, employee-oriented and ecofriendly will be considered as ethical.

The type of ethics given has the best option of Utilitarianism. This theory is normative, explaining the morality of actions which increases efficiency, utility, happiness among all.

Answer b:

The unethical company is when its decision are not according to the favor of its employees, customer and our ecosystem. Like the company throwing its waste material without filtering into the river is unethical, the pharma company manufacturing medicine knowing its side-effects will be unethical, the firm who is not correctly disclosing his profit loss margin with the employee and with stockholders will be wrong. The decision taken for own profit is unethical. The company should support its employees when required but if the management thinks about their own benefits this will be unethical.

According to the options, Categorical imperative is unethical in some way as imperative says it is our duty to do, example any human reason can be determined for the rational thing to do, it's our duty. This is not correct because my perspective can be different and others may not rely on my decisions but they will have to do that and that will be unethical.

Answer c:

According to me the society loves and needs respect, recognition, trust, and participation in the decision to be self-worthy. The society is always types of people with their thoughts and values. The most ethical values and theories required for the society are Altruism as when people will think of others benefits then only they will get satisfaction, respect and all social needs. Confucianism is also important which defines honesty and trust, love among all gives unity and faith. Rawl's justice as fairness gives the right decision in favor of the person, no discrimination according to caste, color, and gender. When we think good for others we can expect the same but if we think selflessly the return is not good.
