In our organization there are different departments to deal with different works . To address the social media and patient information privacy we have a department called informatics department which basically deals with social media and patient electronic health records . It plays vital role ,either we can say that it is the main component of the workflow because now a days everything is being digitalized and informatics is being used in every sector of practice . Health care sector gets a lot of benefits due to use of technology in its field . When ever there is an issue related to patients health records or helath information and any social media related issues this department places the vital role by being infront and solves the problem . In our organization once a theft happened in which patients health record ids were lost and patients and media were all and all making hue and cry for the loss . The informatics department had the key for this by locking the server id so that it's not hacked and they solved the issue without losing the data .
