Variance reporting used in health care for care co-ordination and case management .After the needs of the patient is fulfilled ,the nurse should complete the report.This report involves all the information about the patient .This report is given to another nurse anytime when the patient is transferred to another unit or at the end of the shift.This report is valuable tool because it involves all information about the patient from the time of admission .Nurse should mention the care they given ,vital signs ,any improvements of the patient ,complaints etc in the report.
