Research on the Internet the sequence of a manual process (which is called a workflow) through which a medical record will pass from the first person who would write down the medical information, to individuals who will add to the medical information, all the way to the last person (see list of individuals who work in the physician's office) who would receive the medical information to be filed into a filing cabinet. You will also mention in your document, who will write, read, handle, and file the medical information.

In this scenario, it is determined that the patient is coming into the physician’s office for the first time. The patient is coming to see the physician because they think they have hypertension.

Individuals who work in the physician's office:

Physician
Office manager (this is you)
