Antibiotics are the leading cause for emergency room visits for adverse drug events occur when the children or adolescents consume these drugs in the absence of adult supervision. In the Center for disease control and prevention, publication it was stated that 75,000 children less than 18 years were brought each year to an emergency department for the cause of adverse drug event.
