Individuals will act differently and unique . Differentiating the individuals in one category , many dimensions are used such as age ,color c ,race ,gender ,ethnicity and socioeconomic status , religious beliefs .This is called diversity.

Impact of diversity practice ,experience and policy framework on personal behaviour :

Culture lays an important role in shaping the person's lives .

The people living in that certain region accept some practices and other reject that practice based on their personal belief, norms and experience.

So the way in which the individual respond is different from each other.

Some culture may have particular rules regarding appropriate interaction between makes and females.

​​​​​​Interpersonal relationships:

Interpersonal relation means acting according to the situation ,honesty ,flexibility and caring others this will influence the person grows in that society so that the organisation grows.

The perception of the person about the society also influence the person's behaviour towards the society.
