1. Self-assessment can provide insight into students' true comprehension and can help to identify gaps in students' knowledge.

  • It encourages to take more responsibility for learning.
  • Self-assessment is a highly effective critical thinking exercise.
  • Students are usually frank and honest in their assessment of their own performance and that of their peers.
  • It reduces the assessment workload on the teacher.
  • It promotes deep understanding of content topics and learning styles.
  • Self-assessment lets students consider their decisions, reflect on actions, and consider/plan future processes.

2. The patient will not be expected to get any harm while giving care knowingly or unknowingly and improves the quality of care in all aspects.

a.By using effective evidence while giving patient care can assure patient safety and quality.

b. We have to suspect to follow a good and standard nursing process by the application of NANDA diagnoses can be improvised our intervention and outcome.

c. While during the assessment process we have to follow a systematic view in the initial and latent assessments.

d. While setting the priorities for the care first give importance to the exact problem than to the other problems.

e. If we don't have a thorough knowledge regarding a particular problem don't act over it and avoid getting harm to the patient and other ones.

f. If we don't have adequate knowledge with a particular problem get an expert from someone who knows it well.

g. When work in an organization follows all the standards and protocols for the procedures to avoid harm and maintain the quality.

h. We have to grow with our technological advancements thus improves the quality of care.

i. While working with the patient we have to give importance and respect to the patient values, beliefs and cultures.
