Developmental writing are also called as basic writing.It simply means the writer wants to write ,it is not necessary that they have a complete knowledge on the writing style. The writers ideas can be expressed as they wish in their own style.There are mainly two types ,here one who is having the basic knowledge of English can write and the other one is totally not knowledgeable on the basic English but willing to learn and write

This was mainly created to do an open admission policy in U.S for entering into college educational program.
