1-non structural scoliosis involves temporary change in spine curvature which doesn't need any treatment while structural scoliosis invoves fixed lateral curve of spine.

2-at age between 11-13 yrs by Adam forward bend test.

3-temp.-98.6, pulse-60-100 bpm, b. P<140/90 her bmi is also on lower side

5-all vitals are out of range except temp

6-sepsis may be the cause

7-tlc count
