As outlining reasons by which the patient/customer's concern was not justified we will get to know the patient's complaint reason & will be able to identify the necessary actions to be taken.

Rated Somewhat Effective as the patient/customer is in panic state due to his condition, he will act this way as to demonstrate his behavior so somewhat clarifying the reason will be effective.
