He then drove off, but was apprehended a short time later in Bienville Parish, Louisiana. Assault - Clyde has assaulted the reputated bank by bankrupting and also the members working there .

Battery - Clyde has touched the female staff without her permission and injured her arm .

Yes ,I believe the charges put on him will be successful as it's the truth and also there are evidence for his act .
