ANSWER :

Nursing process is one of the important aspects of nursing, without nursing process nursing care cannot be accomplished effectively. For the nurses nursing process is important as it includes mainly the steps of assessment, diagnosis, goal, planning, implementation and evaluation. All these steps together known as nursing process which is patient centered care. The main use of nursing process in the health care sectors is to provide a qualitative health services to the patients and to provide solutions for the problems in the form of giving health care services and health educations. For example if the patient is admitted in the hospital with the complains of suicidal thought and attempt, by using of the nursing process steps it will be easier to identify the ethical issues and provide the solutions to the suicidal tendency by effective nursing process.
