Ans:(D) acute gastritis :all of these conditions would

produce vomiting, abdominal

distension and pain. Only

difference is that, except acute

gastritis,all other conditions have

pain that comes in waves. But in

acute gastroenteritis pain is   

temporary and usually lasts for
