I would say following advice to my roommate about the cardio- fitness exercises;

  • Actually for this fitness, you just need to do a very simple exercise like walking or jogging and so on, I suggest you to start from the Simple one and then go to some kind of hard one.
  • You can start this exercise just by little warm up on yourself, and start doing what ever you had preferred, I think the best time to go on is the Early morning.
  • If you to prevent yourself from getting injury, you just need to follow this steps, First don't be hurry up, be focused and you must use the appropriate shoes and outfit which are comfortable for yourself and the kind of activity you do.
  • In order consistent on doing this thing, First you should be very clear in your aim, Why do want to do this, Why do you need this fitness now, And after that set some simple goal and even make a little schedule and try to stick on it. This will make you more consistent and by the results your'e getting you will be motivated by itself.
