* Morbid obesity : it is the relative contraindication for to do exercises by people, because the obese people can not walk and jogging continuously, they may get fatigue due to exercises and heart rates also increases suddenly some times.

So with the risk they can perform exercises.

By the avoiding of eating saturated fatty acids, red meat, dairy products and oil foods, fried foods they can get reduced weight.

* heavy smoker is absolute contraindication for to do exercises, because smoking may reduces the lung capacity that means decreases oxygen carrying capacity.

While doing exercises the body cells may need sufficient oxygen, when there is no sufficient oxygen due to smoke damages to lungs, the person may get long term health effects.

So it can be controlled by avoiding smoking, or complete cessation of smoking.

And avoid to exposure to secondary smoking can reduces the risk.

* chronic bronchitis is relative contraindication for to do exercises.

Because during bronchitis some of symptoms may increases by doing exercises.

When the person experience short ness of breath, wheezing and uncontrolled cough, dizziness can occurs the person may stop exercises.

So it is relative contraindication.

It can controlled by taking medicine and breathing exercises.

* Pre syncope is absolute contraindication for to do exercises, because it is a life threatening problems like falling and severe light headedness feeling and uncontrolled steadyness.

So during that time we can not advise to do exercises.

* it can controlled by adequate taking of food and fluids and electrolytes.

And by taking rest.
