Ans.2 Tuberculosis is highly contagious respiratory disease caused by mycobacterium Tuberculosis any person can have this disease mainly the people living in crowded place or working in health care setting or many other reasons can be there one of the main cause of this disease is droplets because it is a respiratory tract infection so we have to make that people understand about this who is refusing to stay away from public places or if he is still refusing then we can provide him some masks and teach him about self care too that will protect him from other infection and also protect others from getting infections from him

WHO has initiated a program named as DOTS for such patient so that they will get proper medicine on time in the observation of staff that is directly observed treatment short course . If he still refuses to have the treatment then we can make him the demarits of that and if that person is still not convinced with your point then according to law every patient has the right to refuse the treatment if he wants.
