- age

- health status

- fall

- physical ability and strength

2. The behavior of Mr. Hein that interfere with his treatment is his aggressiveness. Because of agitation only he removed out his abdominal dressing and IV cannula .

3. The possible causes for Mr. Heins behaviour are :-

- pain

- loneliness

- sense of being restraint

- irritation

4. The type of restraint that the health care worker should try is physical ones than the pharmacological ones .Physical restraint like tying the hands will serve the purpose than giving sedation which will have other side effects .
