Due to high expenditure and taxation directly affect the public need in the economy. It affects the entire economy and incentives to work, taxes, benefits, expenditure, and income. due to the high complexity of government activity, the public has fallen with a cash budget. Government decision making makes a cash budget to become a burden. Federal tax flow back make restricting the economy use for the public.
