Tobacco can be used in various different forms. They are:

- cigarettes

- bidi (it is similar to cigarettes but the pure tobacco is crushed and rolled on a dried leaf especially used in India and Nepal)

- hookah ( a form of smokes which is done using a writer pipe where tobacco is used)

Fall proof of the house with older adults:

Fall is one of the most common problem faced by the elderly people. They face various different degenerative changes which will cause them to be weak and loss of senses. Hence it is our duty as their children to make the house which they live in to be fall proof. There are various different methods through which we can make our houses fall proof. They are:

1. Attach bars on the handles of the stairs and on the terrace walls.

2. The area where they use to walk most often should be made clear of any thing on which they can trip and fall.

3. The bathrooms can be covered with carpets because the bathroom floors can be very slippery and with the drops of different agents can cause the fall of the elderly.
