The CAGE (cut-annoyed-guilty-eyeopener) questionnaire is used to assess the problem with alcohol use. There will be four simple questions and if there are two or more "yes" for men it indicates alcohol dependency and one "yes" in women indicates alcohol dependency. Option D is the correct answer.
