Health history of the client is very important in the medical diagnosis aspect. It is done in all the cases in all the part of the world. The patient's who come for the purpose of seeking medical treatment are started with the history of her past health problems. The purpose of taking the health history is to gain the subjective data of the patient's health status from patient himself or from the family members. This will give us information's regarding health problems, the extent of the problem , the starting time, the precipitation factors , the aggravating factors of the disease etc. It also help us to understand the past health history of the patient including his history of the similar disease. It will make us to understand if he had underwent for any kind of treatments and what was the disease rate at the time. The medication history will help us to know about the usage of any kind of drug or medicine by the patient during the recent time of treatment or during the past 6 months from the treatment. By enquiring about the family history will help the us to understand if the disease is hereditary and the patient has been under the influence of the genes from the parents etc.
