Positive refers to things ,words,actions,deeds,happiness,encouragement, helping others,maintaining things which are personal or confidential by protecting it from others, etc., which guide an individual in an optimistic way or in right way.The characteristics which are positive here are

  • Confidential:to characteristic can create a faith on the individual
  • Attentive:this creates a good understanding between each other,can improv the performance
  • Professional :an important characteristic to be followed in the workplace where it can create a respect and belief on the person to be approached
  • Cheerful:a person who has this characteristics always spreads it to others which can relieve stress and create a healthy environment

The negative, refers to things which hurts,underestimates,down rates,irritative and preventing the growth and success

  • Annoyed:this can create an unhealthy environment landing in heated agreement and fight
  • Incompetent :this is an act of down grading others
  • Hasty:things which are done hastily can end up in wrong results or confusion

Patient details are to be kept very confidentially when sharing data with others because sharing confidential data can lead to misuse of it.The details like very private things (relationship, diseases, etc.,) should not be shared ,Hence in all patients privacy is the important thing to be kept confidential.But when a patient is on a treatment and needs care a complete data of the patient has to be provided to provide the best possible care.Hiding any thing yo a healthcare professional can be uneventful and may lead the patient to have an unsuccessful treatment
