The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) became law in 2010. If you could design a public policy incentive within the ACA to encourage patients to remain healthy what might that be? why you as a health administrator feel it would be beneficial to the public.

The patient protection and affordable Care Act provides the platform for the patient to achieve better healthcare treatment by lowering the premium rates it is much easier to encourage patients to remain healthy.

Due to increased rate of premium people are unable to avail better treatment so reducing the premium rates can increase the number of insured people. Hence this will enables people to indulge themselves more in adopting healthy lifestyle which will be beneficial for the public.
