Service standards are important for customers, employees and business management. It helps to fulfill customer satisfaction and it focuses on barriers for service management. Service standards focus on timeliness, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Timeliness within the expected date of delivery
Accuracy for delivery standards for goods ordered by the customers.
Appropriateness to meet customer expectations.
Declaration of rights provide people economic, social and cultural rights and avoid discrimination. This made for the population for their freedom, justice, and peace in the world.
Laws, regulations and constitutional provisions in various sectors it protects the data. provide environmental information, delegate appropriateness, protect confidentiality , avoid errors and manage risk inoreder to provide provision of service.
