4.Ibuprofen is an analgesic.Here it is ordered to administer 800 mg 8 hourly (3 times a day) as needed.Alcohol,OTC, aspirin has a great reactions when taken along with this drug.The major side effect is gastric ulceration, nausea,vomiting,bleeding, raise in blood pressure and it has to be notified immediately  

So if the patient is given 3 dose a day then it is =800×3=2400mg /day

5.Insulin is a hormone helping in controlling the blood sugar level.The physician should be notified when patient has hypoglycemia,dizzines, weight gain.Lipodystrophy can be prevented by changing the site of injection every time.If patient has any breathing problems, headache it has to be addressed

6.Digoxin is a cardiac glycoside.It is used to treat atrial fibrillation ,flutter,dysarrythmia.The physician should be reported immediately in case of tachycardia or Bradycardia, poor urine output, changes in vision level,gynecomastia in male patientsl
